Renick Brothers installed the HVAC and Plumbing systems as well as self-performing the building automation in the classroom building housing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The building includes 12 labs for chemistry, biology and computer science and is heated and cooled by a custom air handling unit mounted on the roof. Renick Brothers was the leader among the trade contractors throughout the BIM process, which allowed for complete coordination prior to fabrication and installation. As a result, duct, piping and plumbing systems could be fabricated in our shop to meet the demanding schedule and delivered to the jobsite as needed.
