Renick installed the HVAC and Plumbing systems for this 170,000 sq. ft. state of the art high school. The building encompasses classrooms, laboratories, gymnasium, auditorium and a chapel. Multiple gas fired rooftop units working with a central chiller provide the heating and cooling. Building Information Modeling (BIM) was used on the project to allow offsite prefabrication, and timely and efficient installation of the heating and plumbing systems. This high profile project for the Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh was completed on time and on budget.
